Understanding Amazon label + invoice PDF pairs
Amazon seller label downloads contain a shipping label and invoice pages for each order. Some invoices continue onto extra pages, so page positions alone cannot reliably identify labels.

An invoice can span multiple pages
A label may be followed by one, two, or more invoice pages. An odd total page count is not itself an error. Amazon SKU Injector recognizes page content and checks order IDs where available, keeping invoices out of the label download.
Packers who only need the sticker still benefit from reading the invoice once to confirm SKU and quantity.
Why SKU on the label helps
The invoice usually carries the seller SKU in the product description. Without a stamp on the label face, workers flip every other page during pick. Amazon SKU Injector copies that text onto the label locally in your browser.
After download, spot check that barcodes remain clear and the stamp does not cover routing codes.
Privacy note
Amazon packs include buyer PII. Prefer a dedicated packing laptop, avoid uploading batches to random online PDF sites, and clear shared Downloads when the shift ends.
Why page count alone is unreliable
Many Amazon batches look like repeating label-and-invoice pairs, but payment details, continuation invoices, or extra copies can add pages. A 35-page file can still contain 17 valid labels when one order has an additional invoice page.
A safe processor classifies page content and uses order references where available. Rejecting every odd page count is inconvenient, while blindly pairing pages can put the wrong SKU on a later customer's label.
Review warnings instead of overriding them
If two labels share an order reference, an invoice has conflicting product data, or a scanned page has no selectable text, automatic matching should stop or leave the label unstamped. A missing stamp is visible and correctable; a confident-looking wrong SKU can cause a mispack.
Keep the original Amazon export and use the preview's invoice page numbers to investigate an exception. Re-download the batch when the source PDF is incomplete or password protected.
