Editorial & Tool-Testing Policy
How EcomCrop tests label tools, creates privacy-safe examples, updates seller guidance, and handles corrections.
Scope and responsibility
EcomCrop publishes first-party documentation for its own browser-based label tools. Marketplace names identify compatible document formats; instructions are not official marketplace policy.
Testing and examples
Representative PDF layouts and automated regression tests cover page detection, crop boundaries, sorting stability, matching safeguards, ambiguous input, and output preservation. Public diagrams use synthetic names, addresses, SKUs, order IDs, and barcodes.
Updates and corrections
Guides carry visible dates and are revised when supported layouts or tool behavior change. EcomCrop does not publish invented user counts, testimonials, credentials, or endorsements. Report a mismatch with the tool name, browser, page count, and a redacted screenshot.
