Daily packing checklist for Flipkart, Meesho & Amazon sellers

Multi channel sellers lose time when every marketplace PDF is handled ad hoc. Use this short checklist to keep the morning packing run consistent.

1. Export by marketplace

Download Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon label packs into separate folders dated for today. Mixing files in one pile makes the wrong crop preset easy to apply.

Keep files under about 25 MB per batch when possible so in browser tools stay responsive.

2. Prepare each channel

Flipkart / Meesho A4 sheets: use Label Crop (pick the matching marketplace). Meesho multi SKU days: use Sort Meesho Labels. Amazon label+invoice pairs: use Amazon SKU Injector before print.

Optional: Add Logo only on packing slips or invoice pages where white space is safe never over barcodes.

3. Spot check before the full print

Open the first two pages of each output PDF. Confirm address and barcode are fully visible, SKU stamps (if any) are readable, and page size is 4x6 when you use thermal stock.

Print three sample stickers, scan them, then release the batch. One bad driver setting can waste an entire roll.

4. End of shift hygiene

Close tool tabs, remove label PDFs from shared Downloads if the PC is used by others, and restock 4x6 rolls for the next run. Consistency beats speed when scanners start failing mid peak.

5. Reconcile counts before courier handover

Compare the marketplace order count, generated label count, packed parcel count, and courier manifest count. A mismatch should be resolved before bags are sealed because a missing label is harder to trace after marketplace batches are mixed.

Keep exception parcels in a clearly marked area with their original order reference. Do not reprint an entire batch when only one damaged label needs replacement.

A simple folder structure for the packing PC

Create one date folder with separate Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon subfolders. Keep Original and Ready-to-print folders inside each marketplace so source files are not confused with cropped or stamped outputs.

Use batch names that match the seller-panel export or manifest. Avoid putting customer names in file names because those names can appear in backups, recent-file lists, and screenshots.
