How to put product SKUs on Amazon shipping labels

Amazon seller batch PDFs contain shipping labels and invoices, which may span multiple pages. EcomCrop identifies labels and matches their invoices before adding SKU stamps locally in your browser.

Understand labels and invoice pages

One shipping label can be followed by several invoice pages, including payment details. Odd page counts are supported. The tool checks order IDs where available and uses label-then-invoice order when IDs are missing.

The invoice page typically includes the product title and a seller SKU in parentheses inside the description. That is the text packers want on the label.

Using Amazon SKU Injector

Open Amazon SKU Injector and upload the original multi-order PDF with selectable text. EcomCrop identifies the shipping labels, then previews each label with its matched invoice pages and SKU tag.

Choose where the SKU box should sit (above the station/routing area is a common default). Optionally include item quantity in the stamp. Download the processed PDF and check that barcodes are still clear.

If an order shows “No SKU stamp”, check the warning and its invoice pages. The label is preserved without a stamp when a SKU cannot be identified uniquely. Unrecognized pages or conflicting order IDs must be resolved before processing.

Privacy and packing desk hygiene

Amazon label packs include buyer PII. Prefer a dedicated packing laptop and clear the browser tab after the run. EcomCrop does not upload the PDF for SKU injection — the work stays in memory on your device.

Do not share the stamped PDF on public chat channels. Treat it like the original Amazon export.

After SKU stamping

Some teams print labels only; others keep the invoice page for returns. Follow your marketplace compliance needs. If you also brand packing slips, run Add Logo on a cropped or invoice PDF after you finish SKU injection.
